1.  What is the problem / health issue highlighted by the documentary?

2.  We will learn in Health Communication that the “product” in a health intervention is often social change.  Define the social change suggested and discuss the specific “product” of the documentary using the fundamental questions:

      Who? What? When? Where? Why? and How?

3.  Using examples, is the program content objective? Biased?

4.  Describe how you would use the content from the documentary as a teaching tool.

5.  Provide your personal opinion on the content covered by the documentary.

For each point / question listed above, your response should be approximately 1-2 paragraphs in length. The content of your paper should be double-spaced, 11 point font and 1 inch margins.  The paper should include an introductory paragraph at the beginning; a summary paragraph at the end and the overall length should be 3-4 pages.
